Only Guardian Angel Window Guards that were purchased directly from Guardian Angel Window Guards, an Automatic Specialties, Inc. Brand, may be returned, within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or credit. A Return Material Authorization number (RMA) must be issued before Automatic Specialties, Inc. will accept any returns. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable and are not included in the 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for guards being returned and/or exchanged. Credit will be issued only after guards have been received and deemed suitable for restocking by Automatic Specialties, Inc..
To be issued an RMA number or, in the event of damaged or defective guards, customers must contact Automatic Specialties, Inc. to receive further instructions.
If returns were not purchased directly from Automatic Specialties, Inc., then the reseller must be contacted.
Bulk orders by contractors and third party resellers are nonrefundable.
