Shipping policy

All of our products are proudly made in the US and shipped via UPS. Shipping times vary by location, generally expect between 2 and 7 days transit for your item to arrive. All products ship from our facility located in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to process and ship. 

Shipping costs for Wholesale orders will be billed separately after your order has been placed. We will not ship your wholesale order until shipping rates have been confirmed and agreed upon. Contact us before placing your order to have shipping costs added to your order first. 

We do offer International Shipping to most countries. If you are interested in our window guards, please send us a message at sales@gaguards.com. All international orders are processed internally and not through our website. Please note that international shipping rates are typically higher than domestic, and customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. At this time, we do not offer returns on international orders. All international sales are considered final.

Guardian Angel Window Guards will not be held responsible for undeliverable parcels due to incorrectly provided address details. Please double check to make sure your delivery information is accurate.

In the event an item is damaged during shipping, we will work with you and the selected shipper to make it right. In the unlikely event of a shipping issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be sure to keep all original packaging. You may need to package back up and ship back to us or the original shipping provider for inspection. We will provide all details once you contact us.
