Refund policy

Only Guardian Angel Window Guards that were purchased directly from Guardian Angel Window Guards, an Automatic Specialties, Inc. Brand may be returned, within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or credit. A Return Material Authorization number (RMA) must be issued before Guardian Angel Window Guards/Automatic Specialties, Inc. will accept any returns. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable and are not included in the 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for guards being returned and/or exchanged. Credit will be issued only after guards have been received and deemed suitable for restocking by Guardian Angel Window Guards/Automatic Specialties, Inc.

To be issued an RMA number or, in the event of damaged or defective guards, customers must contact Guardian Angel Window Guards to receive further instructions.

If returns were not purchased directly from Guardian Angel Window Guards, then the reseller must be contacted. 

At this time, we do not offer returns on international orders. All international sales are considered final. 

Bulk orders by contractors and third party resellers are nonrefundable.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Guardian Angel Window Guards/Automatic Specialties, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that each Guardian Angel Window Guard will be free from defects in materials and manufacture for as long as you own it. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including minor rusting that may occur inside of telescoping tubes. Warranty valid for a replacement guard of equal or lesser value of original guard only. Replacement can be obtained by contacting Guardian Angel Window Guard/Automatic Specialties, Inc. at 1-800-445-2370. Return and shipping instructions will be provided. Proof of purchase including packing slip, invoice, receipt, or credit card statement is required for all returns. 

Limitation of Liability: Except where prohibited by law, Automatic Specialties, Inc. will not be liable for any loss and/or damage arising from this product or incurred during installation, removal or replacement.
